Description

(Warrenton, Missouri) Implement and manage manufacturing production process specifications and methods using manufacturing engineering techniques, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination and specifically MATLAB, Java, Python, AutoCAD, Lisp, CNC programming, SOLIDWORKS, Abaqus, and COMSOL. Estimate production costs, implement cost saving methods, assess design changes effects, and ensure efficient manufacturing of quality products in metal working environment. Develop, plan, and establish operational improvements and implement Lean Manufacturing concepts. Work with cross functional teams, including Applications Engineers, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D personnel to develop and refine products and recommend methods to improve personnel, material, and resources utilization. 

Requirements

Minimum of Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2 years' experience as Manufacturing Engineer or related position designing AutoCAD using manufacturing engineering techniques required.
