We specialize in stainless steel custom fabrication of both industrial and sanitary process systems.
Responsibilities
Position: Production Associate (willing to train)
Location: Stratford, WI
Shift: Day Shift
Role Overview:
As a Production Associate, you will assist welders, fabricators/fitters, and finishers with:
- Weld preparation
- Manufacturing of components
- Fit-up of assemblies
- Finishing components
Daily Responsibilities:
- Handle raw materials by retrieving stock from racks and preparing them for fabrication through shearing, breaking, cutting, and deburring.
- Measure materials accurately to ensure precision cuts.
- Train with experienced welders or fabricators through on-the-job training to learn welding techniques and fabrication methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure (whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals).
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
