MBS Fabrication, Inc. - Sheet Metal Fabricator (Day & Night Shifts)

MBS fabrication, inc is a family owned and operated aerospace parts manufacturer that specializes in precision sheet metal forming, welding and machining. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality components for critical aerospace applications, and we are expanding our team to add dependable Sheet Metal Fabricators to both day and night shifts. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who take initiative, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

• Perform precision sheet metal work including press forming, brake bending, and layout to meet engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Carry out secondary processes such as deburring, cleaning, edge finishing and cutting to ensure parts meet surface and dimensional requirements.
• Support welding and machining teams by preparing and handling components, verifying dimensions, and maintaining quality documentation.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, presses and cutting equipment safely and efficiently while following all company and regulatory safety procedures.
• Identify process improvements, maintain clean work areas, and participate in team continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications and expectations: Applicants must be self-starters who can learn and adapt quickly to many sheet metal processes. While practical experience in forming, deburring, cleaning and cutting is a plus, we are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You should be comfortable working as part of a team in a shop environment and be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
