SHEET METAL FINISHER - IMMEDIATE HIRE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Finisher to join our team for a full-time, in-person position. This is not an entry-level role - candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in grinding, polishing, and graining stainless steel surfaces post-welding. Applicants without this specific experience will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grind, polish, and grain stainless steel surfaces to a smooth, consistent finish following welding and fabrication
• Work on a wide variety of stainless-steel products, including but not limited to sheet metal components, tubing, custom tables, and HVAC systems
• Ensure finishes meet high-quality standards and customer specifications
• Operate hand tools, grinders, polishers, and other finishing equipment with precision and care
• Read and interpret blueprints, finish specifications, and production documentation
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and consistency in finish
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols

Requirements - Mandatory:

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in stainless steel finishing, including grinding, polishing, and graining post-weld
• Proven ability to work with a variety of stainless-steel forms (sheet metal, tubing, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in finish work
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as part of the finishing process
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
