Portland Metro Area: Assignments for these positions will be for multiple large projects in the Hillsboro, Beaverton, Portland, Oregon areas. We also have resident inspector positions at our Hillsboro Oregon location (large industrial site, full time, long term positions).
Salem/Corvallis/Eugene Area: Assignments for these positions will be for multiple projects in Salem, Corvallis, Eugene, Oregon areas. Positions are full time, long term.

The hourly range for this position depends on certifications, experience and qualifications and are extremely competitive. Requirements
To be considered for the position an applicant must possess one or more ICC certifications:
Reinforced Concrete (with current ACI)
Structural Masonry
Prestressed Concrete
Structural Steel and Bolting
Structural Welding
Spray-Applied Fireproofing
Soils
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
Thorough knowledge of construction practices, materials and techniques.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to operate a personal computer and associated software.
Ability to meet daily reporting requirements.
Ability to perform tasks required of this position, such as, climb ladders and scaffolding, and negotiate uneven and irregular ground surfaces
Valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable driving record throughout employment.
Ability to meet minimum site access requirements for specific client sites (drug testing & background checks).
