Vacancy: SAP Reporting and Analytics Manager

The Reporting & Analytics Solution Lead is accountable for using their expertise to provide best practice guidance for the ERP CoE and the wider business across all phases of the programme lifecycle, including the conversion of business requirements into solutions, ensuring adherence to programme governance, development of design documentation and templates.

This includes supporting delivery into deployments and continuous improvement initiatives. The Reporting & Analytics Solution Lead is responsible for collaborating closely with the wider ERP CoE team to lead their functional area through to maturity and drive continuous improvement and ensure the on-going integrity of the design delivered by the project teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Adopting and utilising the JM-IT Project delivery framework, including resource management and planning tools
• Ensuring the delivery of the project within the JM-IT Project governance frameworks and associated stage gates, including provision of financial and performance reporting
• Ensuring the delivered solution is in line with the requirements of JM-IT policies, including JM-IT Security requirements and meets the requirements of the Information Security Strategy
• Coordinating the Sector/ Business Unit requirements into the delivery of the project, meeting the agreed quality and project performance standards as agreed with the sponsor
• Planning and preparing the delivery of committed benefits
• Engage and collaborate with senior business representatives to organise and deliver clear, specific requirements aligned to project/programme objectives

Requirements for the role:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of integrated technical design concepts of Reporting & Analytic principles within a Global organisation
• Be a highly experienced SAP professional with significant experience working on multiple full lifecycle and complex global ERP Reporting & Analytic projects
• Experience of delivering SAP Financial solutions such as Financial Consolidation, FP&A and Reporting covering SAP solutions such as Group Reporting, SAC or BPC
• Experience of implementing multi-divisional and multi-regional projects
