Job Description:

As an Asset Librarian in Enterprise Creative Solutions you will lead interactions that delight clients and teammates to reinforce a constructive and positive culture while achieving business goals. Your approach will provide Marketers, key areas of the bank, designers, writers, developers, technologists, integrators and art buyers with the images and assets they need for print and digital work. You are an experienced brand champion and trusted partner to both clients and your extended agency team. This role gives you the opportunity to:
  • Build strong collaborative relationships as part of the Digital Asset and Media Management Center of Excellence (DAMMCoE) and be service driven
  • Embrace working in an office while collaborating with teammates and partners in other locations
  • Hone your craft to generate and manipulate graphic elements and images by repurposing existing assets, or creating new ones to required specifications
  • Become a storage and tracking expert by utilizing internal servers, platforms, and metadata
  • Manage metadata, tagging and cataloging of assets across multiple platforms
  • Align assets to a standard nomenclature and taxonomy for the company and ECS
  • Learn our brand guidelines and become an expert in copyright information and image licensing parameters

  • Lead a digital asset/media management Center of Excellence (DAMMCoE) to protect the use and the distribution of bank electronic media including content that is stored, transferred and pushed digitally

You're a person who has (required skills):
  • 3-5 years of Digital Asset Management, graphic/production experience in an advertising/marketing agency or in the financial services industry
  • Advanced experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and meta-data systems
  • Experience with Taxonomy and archival arrangement
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with solid time management
  • Ease integrating with outside agencies, driving consistency across all bank channels

You'll be better prepared if you have (desired skills):
  • An enthusiastic approach with an infectiously positive point of view, and a desire to lead
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with the following software: CS5.5: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook 2
  • QuarkXPress
  • Mac and PC cross-platform
  • Organization skills to maintain job folders and project-related documentation
