Company History
On May 9, 2011, ArtiFlex Manufacturing was formed as a joint venture between International Tooling Solutions (ITS) and Gerstenslager Company (Worthington Industries). In April 2012, ArtiFlex acquired Automatrics, an automation company in Grand Rapids, MI. ArtiFlex Mfg. combines the strengths of these companies based on expertise in tooling, stamping, automation and associated capabilities to provide a unique service in the tool & die and stamping industries. The goal of ArtiFlex Mfg. is to achieve long-term growth and profitability by aggressively competing in new opportunities in the tooling and stamping industry.
Our companies all have had a history of working hard to establish a reputation of building high quality, competitively priced tools, automotive components and metal stampings.
