The Role
Heavy fabrication of structural steel and plate work
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Welding (MIG/TIG/Stick – depending on role)
Workshop-based fabrication (site work if applicable)
Maintaining high safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Trade-qualified Boilermaker
Proven heavy fabrication experience
Ability to read drawings (or learning toward this)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
