The Work This is a hands-on role with real variety. On any given day you might be diagnosing a diesel engine, troubleshooting a hydraulic system, performing preventive maintenance, or handling basic electrical repairs. You'll work independently, manage your own time, and take ownership of keeping this facility running smoothly. If you're the kind of mechanic who figures it out without waiting to be told, you'll fit right in.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of mechanic experience
- Hands-on experience with small gas and diesel engines, pumps, hydraulics, and basic electrical
- Welding experience
- A self-starter mindset - you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
- Positive attitude and solid communication skills
- Flexibility for overtime and varying shifts when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
